Truly a gentle touch from a home health company that cares. This is a small home health care company that addresses the individual needs of its clients with an extremely high level of care and with the utmost professionalism.My mom has been using home health care for the past year. We used several companies with an inconsistent level of care and inconsistent ability to have trained caregivers address my mom's health care needs, especially with the 24/7 care my mom required. We transitioned to Gentle Touch 9 months ago, in order to try a small company to hopefully improve the level of care although with some concern about being able to maintain 24/7 care. Since working for Gentle Touch Home Care, I've had a wonderful experience. The overheads are Organized and Professional. In my experience working in this field it's one thing to perform the act of taking care of someone but working for Gentle Touch has taught me another level of caring for someone. They have shown me how a simple act of showing someone compassion can allow a work environment to flourish. I would highly recommend anyone wanting their love one to be taken care of by Gentle Touch. You wouldn't regret working or using their services!
