I was pleasantly, surprised to walk into care first urgent care. Being greeted immediately, low wait time! But I also, understand this is a highly flu season, and I’m not the only one feeling under the weather. However, the staff was amazing and attentive.
The office was clean and welcoming. I would say even peaceful. The Nurse practitioner was very thorough and also attentive.
She was a very good listener and patient. And she genuinely, was concerned about my concerns. She didn’t rush the process and answered all my questions. I’m thankful I came to this particular urgent care. I normally go to Tri health.
Hi Toni Johnson get off work at 3 PM. Tuesday went to urgent care at 3:30. I was called back at 4 PM the nurse was very nice to me. She understood the pain that I was going through for a total hysterectomy. She talked it over with the doctor. They was able to help me Feel better by prescribing me some medicine also with a shot I’ll have Wouldn’t Through the night without their help today is Wednesday I made it to work from 7am to 3pm I will be going to UC emergency room when I get off at three today to have a bigger look at my issue. Thank you so much you all. I will never forget how you help me..

The two ladies that removed the object from my ear were beyond amazing. They were kind, gentle and they were fun as well. I will always recommend Carefirst Urgent Care. Thank you so much. I am so happy we have them in Delhi.
