They provided me with a couple of options and happily did what was needed so that the water flow was more ideal. I'm not sure what happened on installation day, but only 1 man showed up to install my 2 story house. I've installed similar gutter protection before and it took me and my daughter 2 days on a much smaller house. But this guy knew what he was doing. He was done within 2 hours. He did a great job and I was thoroughly impressed. And these gutter guards are superior to the ones I installed on my daughters small, 1 story house. They're kind of pricy but worth it. I'll never have to worry about clogged gutters again.
