Dr. Grant is very knowledgeable and thorough, he was able to answer any question I asked, and explain all test results. They also have all kinds of machines that I've never seen before, very high tech place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their vision checked. One small area for improvement though, most of the frames seemed to be from luxury brands. Maybe consider adding some more affordable options if possible.
As always my visit with Dr. Grant and staff at Chesterland Family Eyecare was A+. From the time I opened the door until I left, all were friendly, knew their responsibilities and duties well and carried them out professionally. Thank you all at Eyecare for your service.
Love the service, feel welcome and involved in my choices for eye care... However asking for my driver's license via the Internet and even at the office seems odd and opens your clients up to id theft. Not comfortable at all. Otherwise love the new Chesterland location!
