Craig was able to send someone out same day to service my AC and get it back up and running! I have a 8 month old and she was not liking the heat in the house, and truly appreciate the great service I received. Warren a service tech came out and did a wonderful efficient job and laid out the pricing before any service was done! Great company and better staff!
I was very pleased with Craig and his straight forward pricing as well as the professionalism . They were very quick with the installation of my new AC and furnace. They also were very detailed and courteous as well as very clean in my home. I couldn't be more pleased them and I will recommend to anyone who is looking to replace there HVAC system.
Andy, the technician contacted me after I had made a request for service. He was an absolute professional and explained what he was doing as he worked. He was friendly, polite, and very competent. He was informative and advised me when I might consider getting a new A/C unit as my current one is quite old but should get me through the summer. He told me to get a quote in early fall when they have time to schedule the work.I would recommend Zoned Comfort (and will do so when others ask) to anyone needing service or equipment as they are honest, dependable and show up when they promise.Service: HVAC system maintenance
