I called Pella because of the quality products they offer, and we wanted to replace our 45 year old windows. I called and made an appointment with Mike Peronek. I have to say it was a real pleasure to meet and work with him! He contacted me several times before our appointment to keep me updated, and showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable about both the product and which type of window would function the best in a particular area of our house. He answered all our questions and left us with all the materials and quotes we needed to make our decision. Once we did, we contacted him to make him aware of what we wanted to do. He came back out a second time to remeasure/ confirm his original measurements. He left his business card with us and let us know we could call anytime should we have any questions/ concerns.We are looking forward to having our windows installed in February. Mike is a true professional!
