I have been going to fixari dental for almost three years now for my braces. I signed up in February 2020 with the orthodontist team. Shortly after covid-19 caused a delay and l went about five months without seeing Dr. Lawrence but l had to continue paying $100 a month. I called and asked if payments could be suspended as Dr. Lawrence was not seeing me or anyone else due to covid-19. I was told no and had lost $500. Then l was finally able to start seeing Dr. Lawrence. After a year my baby tooth was extracted so that my adult tooth could be pulled down, April 2021. My mouth became infected after l was not given the mouth wash l should have been prescribed after surgery. I had to visit the away oral surgeon to have my infection cut out an sutured back after my mouth began bleeding at work, he said as l was leaving l did not owe anything. I had to take several days off work. Most recently l was given a $300 bill from teeth cleaning from fixari. I paid half and spoke with my insurance who was not even paying half. I did receive a $50 check which l will be bringing in my next orthodontics appointment. I then received a $700 bill today stating l had ten days to pay from the canal winchester location after a cleaning when l already paid $150. My teeth are currently receding into my gums. I do not know who is running fixari but there seems to be medical malpractice occurring. The pain of a metal wire going through my gum is not okay.
I would recommend Fixari Dental in Canal Winchester, my Dentist Dr. Bobby is a fantastic Dentist. He has fixed other dentists work that was not repaired properly and I ended up needing fixed again. When you want it done right, get the best. Make your appointment with Dr. Bobby.
