Prompt and courteous staff. Good experience.

Well, once upon a time, I would rate this place 5 stars, but not lately! My dog was just seen for an issue that just reoccured. I called for the doctor to prescribe a different med or more of the same, but no reply! This is the second time this has happened with two different vets. I'm still waiting on that call back you promised two days ago! Too busy to return calls, you need me, I don't need you! There are vets everywhere!

Would not help our dog in need at the time.

*Edit- I am adding this clarification in response to the practice stating they have no record of treating our dog under my name.

Carlos’s records and billing were under my husband’s name, not mine. This practice did treat Carlos on many occasions over several months, which is reflected in billing statements issued by the office. We also received a sympathy card from this practice following his passing.

I am happy to provide documentation to support this review. My intent is simply to share our experience so other pet owners can make informed decisions..

We are sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision and consider choosing a different veterinary practice. We brought our dog, Carlos, to this practice multiple times over several months for ongoing loss of appetite and progressive decline. Despite repeated visits, his care focused primarily on steroid treatment, and the underlying cause was not identified or adequately investigated.

During this time, we also sought care at a separate emergency clinic, but they mainly worked to stabilize him. When Carlos was later examined at another hospital, two large cancerous growths in the anal region were found in under 15 minutes. We were told that if this had been identified earlier, surgery could have led to a full recovery.

By the time the cancer was discovered, Carlos had not eaten for nearly a week despite multiple office visits and an emergency visit, and he was too weak for treatment. His condition worsened over time, yet there was no meaningful escalation of care or diagnostic follow-through.

Based on our experience, we do not recommend this practice and believe pet owners should seek care elsewhere.

Everyone there is great to the animals and treats them and owners well

My family has used Fulton Animal Hospital for over thirty years. It only made sense when I moved back into town, that I continued with that tradition. The staff and Doctors are amazing and take excellent care of our animals. In fall 2021, when we had to put our sweet Bella to sleep, Dr. Breslin was so gentle and caring. The hardest moment of our lives was made so much easier with her guiding us through it. Our other dog, Louie, has severe anxiety and the staff fully understand and support us however we need when he is in their care; they are patient and kind - always. We also have two cats that get the same amazing treatment. Wouldn't think of taking our pets anywhere else.

I like the friendly helpful staff. It's says bring my pet here because they care.
