Went to pick up my order and Hayden took care of me. Had the wrong fittings ordered and he found me the correct ones and fixed the order. Saved me a lot of time. Great job. Greatly appreciated.

BEYOND....Have you ever tried to replace a cartridge in a faucet and feel helpless? Well, Go see Richard Costella at Grainger because the entire team (Richard, aka the Muscle) and Mary and their manager know their stuff and removing an old leaky cartridge from a Cifial Techno Low Profile Faucet (no longer in the USA) was a normal day for the team at Grainger. I am so thankful, I tried to tip but no tips are allowed, perhaps a raise for Richard? Thank you again, I really appreciate it and I will always refer all of my business to this store.
