I usually have 1 person or 2 that cut my hair. They look at the guide from time before and ask if I want it cut the same and I say yes. Last week I went and neither woman was there so I settled for another. She looked at my guide and still asked if I wanted it cut same. I said yes and explained how they do it and she nds another profession bc my hair is uneven and knocked everywhere. No tip next time for u better yet ill stick to my usual if I have to wait a hr longer

Felicia is always super friendly and willing to listen and guide you through your haircut. She is patient and willing to take the time to basically cut your hair twice just to make sure you get the length and look you are after. I couldn't recommend her enough! Oh and she likes anime!
