Needed a foundation inspection for our home buyers to satisfy their bank. Gil came out quickly, inspected both the interior and exterior of our home (during a heavy downpour). He provided the lender with the information they requested after a complete inspection of the foundation outside including the gutters and drains (footer drains and trench drains). He also came inside the home and inspected the basement block walls. Provided the bank with a timely inspection report quickly. Appreciated his quick response to the lender. Thank you, Gil.

We recently moved into our new home and within a couple of months living there we had unexpected water intrusion. I could also tell some mold had developed as it bothered my allergies.
