Uh beachwood Hospital is my opinion is top notch care all staff was friendly and compassionate Dr. PATEL is really good orthopedic Dr. , Highly recommend this place for Orthopedics

I was admitted for a PAO surgery on March 10th and the staff and doctors are excellent here. The food is amazing. I couldn’t think of a better hospital than UH because everyone is so understanding and so down to earth. They are always checking up on you making sure you’re not in any pain. Nurse Mallory was the best she was always went above and beyond. And she is so sweet and understanding!!! I also want to thank Dr. Salata and Doctor Wetzel for doing this surgery and fixing the problem that I had. I couldn’t ask for two amazing doctors and nurses. Thank you all for everything you guys do!!! And thank you Dr. Salata for checking in on me after surgery!!!

Jackie H is completely rude and inconsiderate towards patients and staff. I heard her speaking negativity about patients and even staff members under her direction. Will never recommend anyone go to this location.

I would like to thank orthopedic surgeon Michael Fisher, MD for working a true miracle with my 89-year-old mother-in-law, when he performed a hip replacement last month at UH Beachwood Medical Center. She thinks the world of Dr. Fisher for replacing her broken hip. She's no longer in pain, and walks normally once again.The entire nursing and care management staff at UH Beachwood Medical Center were wonderful. I highly recommend Michael Fisher, MD and the entire team at University Hospitals Beachwood Medical Center!

I came in to this place today for pain in my left foot Dr. Jon J. Floriano Seen me he came in ask about my foot ask about any previous injuries he asked how often I used my treadmill due to me coming in for a foot injury/pain I answered the question but he seemed to keep asking me the same question I responded the same each time he asked me he kelp getting smart/ saying it with a attitude towards me then he states u must not understand what I’m asking u and looked at him and said maybe not I just answered the question multiple times idk if he was having a bad day or what but for someone coming in with pain and that can barley put pressure on there foot this is bad patient care I got x rays done he then said he didn’t see anything states that it might be Arthritis or gout none of theses answered made any sense when I received my discharge papers it said something totally different I then asked for a referral paper to see another doctor he then states they will tell u the same thing I told u today there’s no reason I then states that’s fine I would feel more comfortable with a 2nd opinion this is not my first time coming to this place idk what type of day they were having today but the experience I got today was awful and I really did not appreciate it especially me being a UH employee this is not how u talk to or treat patients they will not see me back at this place ever again and I will take farther steps into reporting this issue

Putt My mom in waiting room for 1 hr with possible broken foot. 92 yr old.. finally got xray. Waited another 1hr. In room finally got dr to look at her. Now waiting so far 40 min for air cast. No blanket given to her. Noone checking on her if she is OKHorrible care
