I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the quality of healthcare services provided by Porshas Heart to Heart Home Service. Unfortunately, the care delivered fell significantly below acceptable professional and ethical standards.

This is the most unprofessional company. The owner is extremely incompetent and so is the staff she hires.This company falsely advertises services that they cannot provide. They will blatantly lie in order to get your business. Yet they fall short every time. The inability to properly care for the elderly is daunting and dangerous. When your family member reaches the stage where they need care and assistance DO NOT utilize this company. They will create more havoc than help. They should be SHUT DOWN immediately. And the owner has zero accountability for the errors she (Porscha) creates. And they home health care aid performance is below standards. If you love your family choose another company.
