WHAT A JOKE. ON THE WORST SNOWFALL OF THE YEAR THUS FAR THIS COMPANY DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP. I COULD NOT GO TO WORK THIS MORNING BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY. I WILL BE CALLING THIS COMPANY IF HE EVER TURNS HIS PHONE ON AND ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK. SO NOW IM SITTING HERE AND I HAVE NO IDEA IF I WILL EVEN BE ABLE TO GET TO WORK TOMORROW BECAUSE MY DRIVEWAY IS COMPLETELY COVERED IN SNOW. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Terrible at snow plowing. Horrible at returning calls. Oblivious to urgent messages. Plows one swipe and calls it done despite the three car garage apron that he never plows and we have to hand shovel which is an issue as we are both seniors.
