We contacted Foundation Builders to install an egress window. When we met with Mike for the job estimate, he was prepared to answer all of our questions regarding the project and cost. The job took approximately five days and there were no surprises. Mike's crew was very professional, knew their craft, and easy to talk to. The egress window was installed exactly as described. During the project, Mike kept us informed and was easy to reach if needed. Our finished project looks fantastic!

Mike is a nice guy to work with. Although I had to initiate update conversations, Mike was very helpful in providing details. He and his crew were accommodating to specific needs our project had. We had 3 egress windows installed and even after the first one was installed it changed the feel of the basement. The crew does a decent job protecting yard, but the nature of the project will require additional work(grading/landscaping) afterwards. Mike came out to check out an egress that had been leaking (not installed by him) since we’d bought our home. I’d had roughly 15 guys from 15 different home repair places and no one could give me an answer that I could agree with. Mike came and without telling him the problem, he saw it. He answered all (there were a lot) of my calls and was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. His crew was very knowledgeable and respectful; always careful to close doors behind them as they’d noticed my two toddlers. Finally this egress is fixed!
