Bought a brand new heat pump/hvac system December 2025 $10k and had an issue that should have been under warranty in August 2025. Not only did he charge me for coming out to misdiagnose the issue he offered zero apology or accountability for doing bad business! He was trying to get an additional $2400 out of me. I had to pay 2 other HVAC companies to come tell me i was getting screwed by Joe! Do not do business with him! I had to lodge a complaint with the distributor to get my warranty covered though a different hvac company. Terrible way to do business but it’s who he is as a person and a business owner.

Joe came and worked late into the evening to make sure my family had air during the hottest time of the year after an unexpected break down in our system! Got us fixed and back to cooling in no time! Great customer service! Prompt response! Very happy with our experience as always! And highly recommend!

I have called and they have not called me back. They called me back the first time,we talked and they were supposed to call me back but never did. I tried to call again and left a message with the receptionist and nothing happened. I'm still waiting, I need for them to resolve my furnace issue it's to cold outside for this.

Had a new system installed spring 2022 for 17k. Not even a year later it's not cooling as it should so a technician comes out says it's leaked freon and owner won't cover cost because that's not part of warranty. Month later they were out again for same reason and freon leaked again this time I was not charged and apparently a bad coil now. Coil was not replaced even though under warranty because would need more freon which I refuse to pay for and even though he was paid 17k he wouldn't in good faith cover it. Instead he gave me number to call manufacturer and battle it out with them. Six months later and outrageous energy bills each month, still fighting to get a 2 year old system fixed. Even though he received 17k not once has he called in those 6 months to say hey how's it going or better yet to say hey in good faith I need to get this system fixed. Such a joke of a place and would never recommend not even to my worse enemy.
