I called My Hero Appliance Repair because my dryer wasn't heating.Aaron's troubleshooting was thorough and comprehensive. (He really knew what he was doing.) The heating element in my dryer was broken but Aaron checked that the rest of the circuit was working before replacing the part.While replacing the heating element isn't all that difficult, Aaron insisted on cleaning out the glop that accumulated inside the dryer after several years use and filled a small trash can. he came out to the house and identified the problem, but was not able to repair the washer. He gave us references for someone who could handle the repair and did not charge us for his trip. I was shocked and grateful.
