I don't know yoga. I was a complete newbie when starting Stretch & Strengthen, but I found it comfortable and helpful. This week I took Restorative Yoga and was very pleased; I plan to continue. Nice studio - it is clean and nicely decorated. I have only met the two instructors, but I like them both. I feel comfortable here and welcome. Would definitely recommend Li'l Yoga Shop!

I have been to many yoga studios and have had several yoga instructors over the years but I have never had an instructor like Jennifer Klinect! She is an amazing instructor and has ton of passion for yoga and helping people to live better lives. She is both encouraging and knowledgeable as she gives a lot of insight to how you are helping your body and mind with the various poses during her class. The studio itself is very clean, beautiful and welcoming as well.

Yoga is the best decision I have made to feel in shape & mentally peaceful. I have a long way to go but with the team it will be accomplished. Kind, well educated, & patient are 4 words to decribe the instructors. Very grateful I am welcomed & a place you feel great about yourself spirtually & physically leaving each session.
