I was nervous with all the negative reviews, but I didn't have time to go elsewhere, so I took a chance. I had a pretty good experience! Walked in without an appointment, and I sat down without a wait. Amanda was super nice and helped me find a cute gel color. She did a great job with the manicure overall - quick and efficient, and really clean edges and cuticles. She used new filing tools, and I saw others sanitizing things, so they seemed pretty hygienic. I would come back again for Amanda.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. They are very welcoming. I had a bad experience with a nearby salon that turned me away and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, so I was kind of surprised I was greeted right away. So anyways, I was told I’d be seen in a few minutes and literally was in the chair within 5 mins. I told her I wanted a gel manicure and a small design. She then went to get me a price and went to work immediately. She was SO NICE, and made me feel extremely comfortable. She took her time and they even give a back massage while your nails dry. This picture is 1 week after I got my nails done while staying in NY. Theyre super clean and very helpful. I showed them what I want but it was expensive, Vivian the nail tech that did my nails suggested it be done this way and it came out beautiful.
