Patients describe the doctors as excellent, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mallen is a great communicator and also highly knowledgeable. Dr. Leppard is an amazing doctor who explains everything thoroughly. The practice is really clean and the staff is friendly. The physicians are in-network with most major medical insurance plans and accept no-fault and workers' compensation insurance.
Dr Leppard was absolutely wonderful. He was professional explained everything thoroughly and was able to help me and made me feel that I was in the best hands for my issue. God bless him.
Dr . Leppard is an amazing doctor.He doesn't mince words ,tells you exactly what's going on with your situation,but he does it in a very calming way,which is very comforting if the patient is nervous ,which I wasn't.He did my shoulder surgery 4 years ago which has been great.Now I'm back for a knee problem.You will not go wrong with Dr.John Leppard.
Dr. Mallen is a great communicator and also highly knowledgeable doctor. I didn’t have a major orthopedic issue, but he still took the time to explain in detail my X-ray and how I should proceed once I left his office. He’s a really nice doctor that cares about his patients. Also, his practice is really clean and the staff is friendly. Overall, I would most definitely go back to see Dr. Mallen if I experience another orthopedic issue.
