Very rude , incompetent and unprofessional. Their staff is arrogant and incapable of handling paperwork. They don’t even have a valid website. I’m shocked they are still in business.

understanding that forced arbitration is a losing battle for a customer who signs a contract, but this company is so arrogant about its approah. the chief arbitrator is the owner of the company. ( come on really?).they sent me a generic ruling after my case which had absolutely nothing to do with the actual case and the events were so blatantly wrong they don’t even pretend to state the actual facts of the hearing. they just send a generic garbage ruling which ii am guessing is the same for every case in which they have for their big clients. how they can get away with such a lack of labor and proffesionalism is beyond me
