Reception is very standoffish. Not warm and welcoming like I would expect front of house to be. I arrived 10 minutes late and they would not honor my appointment. There was police activity in the area and traffic was horrendous. They wouldn’t take me at all for the rest of the day. Found it hard to believe they were booked that tight with stylist just sitting idle in their chairs. Poor customer service!

Awesome experience! Wash and blow were awesome. Staff was friendly, listened to exactly what I needed and made it feel like you’re getting ready with the girls. Thanks Nicole for the epic curls :)

I've visited Aire twice, and each time has been delightful. Lemore, my first stylist, was fast and professional. Yesterday, Maddie took care of me, and she was sweet and personable. Both did a fantastic job with my favorite look—beach waves. And Ish is excellent at washing hair! Aire completely supersedes Drybar.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I started going here in June I had extensions in my hair. The incompetent stylist Alyssa told me she had to fully take them out and re Install so that was about $600. It was new hair only 2 months old . She also did what she called a full head of highlights which it's not. I went back in for my move up which I now found it is not a move up simply pushing the beads up and matting the hair. More of a scam to get more money. She also claimed she did a full highlight. I told her after that time I wasn't thrilled with the color. I sent her pics of what I wanted and she blew me off and said she would do more next time. Well I went back and my hair was completely all messed up from her botched move up which I confirmed from real hair extension specialists in the area it was indeed improperly done. As a result my hair that was now only 6 months old had to be thrown out because of her incompetence. I had to how reorder new hair. Pay for another install which was done with the wrong color beads. She also had the audacity to charge me for a full highlight and an extra bowl of color. I left and reached out and told her I wanted a diff color and she told me it couldn't be done which is absolutely insane I've been getting highlights for 15 plus years I know what color my hair is capable of being. As time went on I got more and more upset and annoyed as I saw what a hot mess my hair was. I sent her pics and she said that she would add more highlights next time. I was done. I called to cancel all of my future appointments and she argued with me. She's horrible. For someone who gave this subpar salon pushing $3,000 in 6 months you would think they would be nicer. She's lazy and just doesn't want to do the work in conjunction with not knowing what she's doing. Stick to blowouts and go back to beauty school and get a class on how to talk to people.

What a disappointment!!!! This company used to have two locations, one in Woodbury and one in Huntington. I purchased a series of blowouts in Huntington where I lived , they have since closed that location and I was forced to use my purchases at the second location which is in a different county and completely inconvenient. No one offers a refund or an accommodation. Furthermore, the Woodbury location is a ghost town, they are never full and they are unable to attract or keep competent stylists. Forced to use up my purchased blowouts, I made an appointment last week for today knowing that I had to fly out to a wedding in the afternoon. I showed up at my scheduled time only to find the place almost empty with two women at the desk too busy to speak with me. Once I engaged them in conversation, it turns out no appointment was reserved for me and no one was available to provide me with service. I am getting on a plane in 3 hours and will have to find a place in Georgia to do my hair. Without any care or apologies I was dismissed. Please do not book any services here or visit this terrible place.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I was 8 minutes late to my appointment because of job; my sister got there before me and let them know I was slightly late and apologized for me. She said if it was not ok, I could cancel my appointment. The front desk lady was pretty rude and launched into how "appointments are only 30 minutes long" and seemed openly angry I was late (it's not intentional, it was an accident and I apologized - my previous appointment here I was on time). When I got there I apologized profusely to the hair stylist, who said it's ok. On check out, the front desk lady was super nasty. She asked if I was paying for both me and my sister and I said just for me. She proceeded to give a dramatic, rude, loud sigh and said she asked my sister in the beginning whether or not we are a group, and now she has to cancel our appointments and rebook them. She made such a show out of it that I openly said ".... Umm ok sorry for the inconvenience? I can just pay for my sister if it's that big of a deal...." And she was like "oh no inconvenience at all!!!" But her words, attitude and mannerisms said otherwise. Overall this place isn't worth it. The front desk lady is rude, and they rush you in and out. And to top it all off, my hair ended up looking awful. Better to pay for a regular salon where you get better service and nicer treatment. I will be canceling my future appointment.
