I've been going to this practice for years, but it was the first time I had Michael Christopher, RDH perform my cleaning. He was very professional, thorough, and responded to all my concerns. I would absolutely recommend Michael.

I couldn’t be more happier with my experience at Western New York dental. Today, Dinna was my hygienist and did a great job. She was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, and truly made it a great experience.

Dr. V did my dental surgery .I had more pain than I thought id have but I was scheduled for a follow up but he was out sick. One of the hygienists spoke to me. Apparently i don't need a follow up visit. That's the only odd part of the experience. Im not a fan of their front desk staff but front desks tend to reflect the general organisational structure. Nothing strange but they can tone the attitude down a tad.
