When we started shopping for a backyard solution this spring, Rich provided an option my husband and I had never heard of: this 4-Track system that could convert my covered patio into a screened room/3 Season Room combination. We are very happy with the final product and the overall job that Rich and his crew completed.
My only critique of the process is that I needed to be the one to point out mistakes by the crew; thereby playing the general contractor for myself. IMO, before a contractor comes to collect a final payment, it should be preceded by a final inspection with high standards by the person in charge.
Rich corrected every blemish to ensure that we were happy with the final product, and that is the most important thing — but I will share the things we found for awareness of the things to look for when you have this system installed at your home: 1. One of the tracks was not shimmed enough. The sashes should be “tight” enough that they don’t just fall or slam down at any point in the track. One of them was loose enough to slam down from about the midpoint of the track. This was corrected, and a simple fix. 2. My existing post cap on the outside was cracked, and though the crew did their best to glue it back together and cover the blemish, they did not do a good job. This was corrected, Rich purchased 2 new caps to replace both of the broken ones. 3. One of the screens was inadvertently cut by the crew and left behind, instead of being proactively fixed. This was corrected, Rich ordered a new roll of screening and came back the next week to replace it.
Again, overall I would recommend Rich to my neighbors. We are absolutely impressed by the final result. My parting advice is inspect the product intently before the final payment to ensure there are no mistakes.

We are extremely satisfied with our enclosed patio with the sliding vinal widows installed by Sunrooms of Buffalo. It was custom built to our already existing patio. We have enjoyed this addition to our home as late into the season as Christmas time.

The addition has been completed! Working with Rich was a real pleasure. I had my open patio enclosed and discussed with Rich what I wanted to achieve. He gave me suggestions I never would have thought of. The exterior blends in perfectly with our new home and doesn't look like and add on. Relocating the patio door, the room is open to the home. It is fully insulated with a heated floor. Truly four season. Joe and Steve are the best! They were very meticulous and offered their suggestions during the construction. They treated the project as if it was their own home. I highly recommend Rich and his crew. The workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved is the best. Thanks for making our dream a reality!
