Connie and I switched to them 4 years ago and we can't be happier. Kim and her team of well qualified, friendly, just an unbelievable crew!! Found huge mistakes in my previous year tax return and then after going through the 10 years prior the mistake had been made 3 more times. I had her redo the 4 years total and I should have received a huge return do to these mistakes but the statue of limitations didn't allow for 2 of the years. But had I not switched I wouldn't have gotten anything back. Thank you Bloom and especially Kim and her team for all you do!!!
