Since 7/25/22 somebody was suppose to come to my home to give me an estimate. The gentleman that was suppose to come out, made excuses 3 different times. First, his stomach was hurting, second, he didn't have my address, third, family circumstances. The office took my address down and had it, I confirmed it with them. The office is sloppy and their workers are lazy. I believe in supporting local businesses. Terrible customer service.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Arthur who did nothing but waste my time. From the moment he reached out, his response time was extremely slow and when I tried to call him to make the appointment faster, he wouldn't answer my call and would just text. Finally, he told me that he would meet me same day between 5-6 and informed me that he would let me know when he was 20 minutes away. At 5:51 I asked if he was close so that I could start making arrangements to get the location for him to hang a banner on one of my commercial listings. Didn't answer me. Texted again at 6:13pm if he was still coming...no response....read full review

I have to say Whitestone Handyman & General Repairs provided amazing service! He was very professional, efficient and reasonable. He is my handyman for life and we recommend him to anyone who needs a real professional handyman that is very knowledgeable and honest.
