My father was laid to rest at Gleason's in 2014. The staff was so warm, compassionate, and helpful. We were in grief and numb at the time, not knowing what to do first. They stepped in and not only directed us, but also made us feel at ease. Additionally, the home is clean, spacious and provided a sense of comfort. I highly recommend Gleason's.
I had the sucky task of setting up a funeral/burial for a parent not too long ago - in the time of COVID. Although this is the last type of business you want to deal with, Gleason's made it very easy for our family and let us focus on our loss vs. trying to figure out logisitics. Obviously due to COVID we did not have a wake, but between setting up our mass at a local church and then working with the cemetary where my parent was buried, it went very smooth and my family was happy with all the services. My wife and I worked with Jessy for most items and she was on top of her stuff, very responsive and understanding to our situation.
My husband's wake was held here yesterday. As I have never had to arrange for a wake, cremation and Priest to do a sermon you can imagine all the questions I had. Sandy sat with me twice and explained everything that must be done and can be done. Such as flowers, etc. The wake went off perfectly. Everything I asked for was done. I would recommend Gleason's to everyone.
