I had an ER plumbing issue yesterday (trap backup resulting in basement toilet and sink overflow) and reached out to LPHC (left message at main number and sent an email). Shortly afterwards, Stuart called me and sent his son, Nick, who arrived at my house within 15 minutes of the call with Stuart.
Nick is a consummate professional, extremely polite, friendly, and he explained to me what he was doing during the entire process. He snaked/cleared the trap, which is slightly difficult to access in my basement, quickly and my sewer system was once again flowing smoothly!

I had a hot water heater issue out of the blue. I called and they said they could be there that morning. Not even an hour later they showed up. Within minutes Stuart identified the problem and showed it to me. Not fixable, so yes, I needed a new water heater. Not only did he arrange for the new unit, but he told me pricing up front and then went a step further to check if the unit was still under warrantee. We went through various options and came up with a mutual decision. They also went above and beyond and fixed a few other things while they were here. Highly recommend!

We hired Stuart to install a pressure regulating valve and dishwasher in our home. He was the epitome of professionalism. His prices were more than reasonable, and the work was exceptionally well done. He was communicative and straightforward, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had a truly positive experience with him and had no complaints. The next time I lose my mind and listen to some Youtuber tell me “I don’t need a plumber” I will feel much more relaxed as I invariably blow something up knowing I can call Stuart and tell him the truth ( that someone broke into my house and tried to do some plumbing repairs and I chased them off before they could... read full review
