From the top of the organization to those that answer the phones - this company exceeds my expectation every time.
We joined them with a long list of items that needed to be addressed - they helped me prioritize them and then execute without issues. I am always kept up to date on their progress. They explain IT items in a way a non-IT person can understand. In short, I highly recommend this organization!!!
Our company Buffalo Girl Home Inspection needed IT services but didn't know who to turn to until we met Tanner at SynchroNet. He explained the service they provided in a very easy manner for us to understand. He was able to guide us through the process and now I don't know how we lived without him. Pricing and professionalism are 5 star!
The Town of Pomfret moved our IT services to Synchronet and we could not be more pleased. Being a municipality, their finger is on the pulse of knowing the security we need, backups, etc. They are extremely attentive to answer all questions and fix any issues in a timely manner.
