Absolutely incredible service. They quickly acted on replacing my windshield that was cracked by Safelite. They pick up the phone when you call and do what they say they will do. They have my business if I am ever in need of glass again.

I would give this business 1000 stars if it would have let me! My husband talked to a very nice lady who was a retired 1SG. Super professional and wonderful to talk to. My China cabinet is filled with family heirlooms and precious memories from our travels. It had a piece of cardboard as a placeholder for a glass shelf that was broken during a military move. We had purchased a piece that was too big and needed it cut down.. they were able to do it at a very reasonable price! Not only that, but should we have not had the glass, they could have easily replaced it... no need to bring in your own glass (wish I would have know a few years earlier) I write all of this to say,... read full review

Hats off to the folks at Northern Glass. We had a showroom window fracture and in serious need of replacement. I made one phone call to them and received prompt and professional service. They came out the same day and ordered the new glass. Later that day, a crew came and applied an adhesive to the glass to make sure the glass did not fall apart. This morning they came and replaced the glass and we are back to normal. I made one phone call and they handled the rest. I never had to follow up. Great service!! Many thanks!!
