We are thrilled. From the first encounter with Chris, our salesman to today's meticulous a professional installers, we can't say too manyvgood things about our new window.
We just signed a contract with Chris to replace our very old and drafty front bow window with an efficient slider. He was a pleasure to work with. I'll get a review up once the work is complete in about 7 weeks. Thank you, Chris!
This process went about as smooth as possible. WW turned my bad situation into a hassle free experience. I am definitely the annoying perfectionist guy when it comes to home repair. If I am paying for it, it should be done right. This process was about as perfect as you could get. The estimate process, building permits, scheduling the install and the actual install were seamless. Even with the challenges Mother Nature imposed, prompt and convenient rescheduling coupled with active communication yielded a very happy customer. I appreciate the hard work and efficiency demonstrated at all phases. Would recommend to anyone.
