A few months ago my 95 year old mom, who has been doing business with this company for over 50 years, experienced financial hardship as many of us have in the past few years. When we tried to make financial arrangements with them they refused to help her. Having been a loyal customer having a contract with them they have been very rude and demanding. Don't our elderly and loyal customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Contacted them and scheduled an appointment for a sales rep to come to evaluate existing boiler and submit estimate for replacement. Sales rep NEVER showed or called. Twenty minutes after scheduled time I called company twice. First call I was put on hold after explaining why I was calling and then disconnected. Second call, after explaining again, I was again disconnected. I then proceeded to company website and submitted a statement explaining again. Four days passed and NO follow up! Went back to company website and submitted another statement. One week after scheduled appointment and not ONE attempt by sales rep or anyone from the company to reach out.
