I love L&M Hair Salon. I've been a happy customer for years and now l live in Syracuse but still drive to Utica. A very friendly couple running the salon. They both are very talented and pricing is very reasonable.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their prices are the best in town. They're very friendly & always greet whoever walks through their door. Both Elvira and Sejo are exceptional at their jobs and give their clients something you can't buy or put a price on and that is amazing customer service!!!
