I recently moved to the Westchester NY area and did a lot of research to find a great plumbing and heating company. I finally landed on F DiGiacomo & Sons and I couldn't be happier. The team from front office through technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Far and above one of the best experiences I've had from a service provider. Would highly recommend to others!

I had called F DiGiacomo & Sons, Inc by 10am Feb.10/2026 and was lucky enough to be fit in for the afternoon. Lou Carnevale couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful and friendly, looking at the burst pipe, analyzing how to do a quick repair. He had just enough brass pipe on his truck to finish the job in 2 hours, 3-5p. I am grateful to Lou for his master workmanship to get the job done!

I have been using Di Giacomo for more that a year now at home and at my mother in laws. They have fixed broken pipes, worked on my central air, fixed a toilet and installed 2 hot water heaters. They are professional and do great work. I would definitely recommend them and I continue to call them for all plumbing related needs.

Working with DiGiacomo turned what could have been a stressful experience into a manageable one. John was incredibly thorough in explaining the entire process of replacing our oil burner with a gas burner, and he handled the challenges with CONED expertly. A special thank you to Lou and Jose as well—they were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and left the workspace clean and tidy. Have used them for a long time. A little expensive, but always good quality and excellent work. Until…,,,, had a new toilet installed. Actual cost was almost twice the estimate, and the toilet does not work well. Time to find a new plumber.

Rude receptionist ! I called to inquire about a plumbing issue for a client and she just hung up in my face. I called back because I thought we got disconnected and she screamed and hung up again ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

John, Margeret, and their plumbers were very helpful when we had to replace our steam boiler for our one pipe steam system. John is an expert with low pressure steam systems and the only plumber that I found that was knowledgeable about the correct way to pipe and size boilers. Their price was also fair. highly recommend F DiGiacomo for any steam heating projects.
