I recently had an energy work session with Amy that was restorative and insightful! Amy provided a gentle, grounding presence as she explained different aspects of the session. I have been using some of the imagery and concepts we discussed in my own meditation sessions since and it has been super helpful.

Amy has been incredible to work with. I’ve been able to gain clarity and traction toward both my personal and professional goals during our coaching sessions. As an independent hair stylist, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with allll the hats I have to wear as a business owner. Amy has not only guided me as I reassessed my priorities, but taught me simple ways to stay grounded when life feels chaotic. Warm, thoughtful, and willing to ask you to gently stretch out of your comfort zone toward growth!

For my queer, trans, and all other LGBTQIA+ folx, book your appointment. I had the pleasure of going to Rose Hair & Healing yesterday to get a haircut. It could not have been a better experience. She gave me exactly what I wanted, asked my pronouns, involved my mom that came with me, checked in multiple times, and even checked that I was okay sensory wise (I'm autistic but didn't disclose that, which tells me she likely asks everyone). This is the first time I've gotten a haircut where I got exactly what I asked for. I traveled an hour and paid more than I usually would have, and I'll continue doing that from now on. 10/10 cannot recommend enough.Also... read full review
