Amazing job on all the projects we have done so far. From electric to installing ac heat and hot water tank. To last weekend snake our drain to find a plug that has caused us headaches for last 6 months that another company dropped down there and didnt mention. This group comes to play and actually cares about their customers. Looking forward to long standing relationship with this company

I requested service to look at my AC unit airflow and 2 individuals came out. Dennis and his colleague were highly knowledgeable, thorough, and did not try to find problems just to sell new equipment which other companies do. They identified a potential diffuser issue that could be contributing to my issues and made several recommendations that I could explore if the issue persisted. They were also able to send out the techs in less than 24 hrs which is highly appreciated. Given how great the service was I signed up to become a member and will be using Roy’s for future HavAC services.
