Second time at this location. Pretty good. Only two complaints is she didn't wash my hair because I was only getting a trim and thinned out and also no cape! I literally had hair on every inch of my clothes. But I could have asked for a cape too just for some reason I didnt think of it at the time!

5 stars!!! Natalia was open and friendly! She did a cut, color, wax, blow dry and style. She genuinely loves her job and it shows in her work. I am more than VERY happy with what I got! She takes her time and does not rush through. I REALLY felt like I was pampered. I HIGHLY recommend Natalia and Fantastuc Sams.

Have never had my haircut here, but my boyfriend does regularly. Seems to be about 50/50 in terms of service and if he'll get a haircut there or not. Some days he's ignored when he walks in and no one else is waiting or getting their hair done, some days he's taken right away.
