Carlos did an amazing job fixing a previous tattoo I had, he is a skilled artist with a ton of talent and I would highly recommend him, definitely looking forward to him doing more work on me!! Great guy too

Had a great experience with Matt. He's doing a cover up for me and he's been very flexible and helped me figure out what would work and what wouldn't. Talked me though everything he was gunna do and explained how some colors were gunna change healed. Very good place and people.

I went to Oculus Tattoo Lounge in North Syracuse for the first time, and scheduled my appointment with Carlos. The shop itself was very clean, unique and inviting. My artist, Carlos, was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. He had everything ready when I arrived so there was no waiting. I picked out a grey shaded floral and vine design that wraps around my forearm. The finished piece is truly stunning. Very clean lines and the shading on it is just incredible. I am beyond happy with not only my finished tattoo but also the service I received. I highly recommend the Oculus Tattoo Lounge Family and my artist Carlos to anyone looking to get a tattoo....read full review
