What an impressive operation. From initial sales call through final walk through and payment, the experience was professional and customer focused. Communication was excellent, the crew was efficient, respectful and incredibly competent.. After working a 14 hr day, they were back at 7a the next morning to do a final clean up combing the grass for any debris left behind. If you need a new roof, call Melo, you won’t be disappointed!
I noticed my sky light windows started to leak this winter. I called over 3 companies who failed to show or could not do the work. I was referred to Melo Roofing by Grimsley Agency. Melo Roofing sent out Dana to conduct a quote for the job and overview the damage. Within four days the company was at my house and completed the job within three hours. I could not be happier with the professionalism, price and response. I will be using them again for any future issues.
Rep. came as scheduled. Gave a thorough inspection for the estimate and explained the options. Provided a booklet explaining the materials that can be used and types to choose from. Very professional people!?
