Rockland Orthopedic & Sports: Renzoni Steven MD

Would not recommend even to my worst enemy. The staff from the receptionist to the Doctors are all incompetent. They are not friendly or helpful. I have been to the Stony Point office and Airmont.. both terrible. Customer service over the phone was a joke.

I had a 1:30 appointment. I arrived at 1:15 waited til 2 and asked when I was going to be seen and was told they had no idea. I left at 2:15 without being seen. I then called the main number to reschedule and the person who answered was rude right off the bat. If I could give them zero stars I would. They have no regard for their patients time at all.

This review is purely from the point of view of a potential patient. So just to clear things up, I have not actually received treatment by this facility. My experience is purely with dealing with the secretary who works for the physical therapy department there. She was not friendly nor helpful and didn't seem to care whether or not I got treatment for a problem in my hip. First I called to check if they accepted my insurance. She took down my info (with an attitude) and said she would call me back. A few hours later I decided to stop by since it's close to my house. She told me she still had not called and to take a seat.
