Just got off the phone with this company. My hot water heater they installed in 2019 is leaking. When I called them they had no record of the install. They are telling me this as I am looking at the sticker they placed on it. Very unreliable company

The staff will try to upsell without listening to what the customer wants. They will try to talk you into spending thousands of dollars to get a new system. Avoid this business at all cost!

Our HVAC stopped working on Saturday, July 13th in the midst of 2024's worst, most brutal heat wave (mid to high 90°s). I called Breezin' Monday morning, July 15th to request a service ASAP. Theresa, the dispatcher said they would send some guys over the next day. They came Tuesday and fixed the problem. Awesome service. Breezin' goes above and beyond. Our air handler and condenser are very difficult to access yet Sean O'Conner and his partner identified the issue, went to an electric supply shop, replaced the part and our HVAC has been working better than ever. We have struggled with our HVAC for more than a decade and have had various HVAC repair companies who were never able to clearly identify our HVAC problems. Some HVAC companies wanted money for just showing up without fixing our HVAC. Breezin' HVAC is transparent with their itemized invoice. They take the time to explain, so regular people can understand. I cannot thank Breezin' HVAC, the Montagues, Theresa and Sean O' for excellent, quality service

Breezin HVAC, and more specifically, the owner Shawn is the absolute BEST. Breezin was able to get to me immediately when my central air stopped working. Shawn was so honest and thorough in the assessment of the problem. I cannot say enough about how considerate and professional Breezin HVAC is under Shawn’s guidance. Highly recommend!!!!!
