Frank has been working with us and has been our go to guy for HVAC issues for the past couple of years. This summer, our unit officially quit and it was time for a new one. Frank got us through the first hot days with our old unit and had sourced everything new and installed within a week. Everything is brand new, install was quick, clean, and perfect. Frank and Frank essentially saved our lives this summer and are forever thankful to how responsive, helpful, and reassuring they were.
I really don’t have enough amazing words in my vocabulary to describe my experience with Frank. From the moment we talked I knew he was a stand up guy and was going to do the right thing. You do not find enough companies like this. My AC compressor went right in the middle of these hot temps we are having. Frank was professional, available and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend him for your heating and cooling. Def using him again.
I had a bad zone relay box for my heating system that had gone bad. It was ticking constantly and driving me crazy. I called electricians, plumbers and HAVC people all of whom told me to call someone else. Finally I tried a supply company that recommended AFCO. Frank arrived at our home several hours after we first called him. He spent an hour testing the system and was able to reduce the ticking somewhat. He ordered the parts needed and returned on a Sunday to fix my problem. He was very personable, neat and most of all fixed the problem. His price was fair.He will be the only person touching my heating system in the future. I highly recommend him!
