This was my first time bringing my 3 yorkies and they are wonderful . Receptionists were very welcoming and friendly . The vet was thorough with the exam took his time answering my questions didn’t try to rush me out of the room.He was very gentle with my babies . Thanks you

If I could give more stars I would. These people are great. They care about your animal. Don't hesitate to call them. I come from cheektowaga to go there and it's worth the drive.

We absolutely LOVE Springville Animal Hospital!! We've been going for years and they always take great care of our dog. Our latest visit was yesterday. We had a bit of a mishap... Our pup had a seizure and she's never had them before so I was absolutely horrified. The vet/vet techs did amazing to not only watch her, but they helped clean her up the best they could after the fact. The lovely receptionists consoled me during and after. They even called me today to check in to make sure she is still doing well. I am so thankful to every single human in that building for taking great care not only of my pup but also me.
