OMGosh - Mike and crew to the rescue! Did not realize that my upstairs bathroom had been leaking behind the shower wall. I had someone demo the entire room - what we found was one huge mess of wet wood and mold. I contacted Servpro and am so thankful I did - Mike Compitello responded immediately. From the first inspection to the final cleanup (which also entailed removing half of my bedroom ceiling downstairs) he and his staff were top-notch, and they wasted no time in getting everything done. Mike even handled paperwork directly with my insurance company with great competency. When he first showed up at my house he said “Please don’t worry, we will take care of everything”. And he did!
