WOW! So the water pump at our summer house had an issue about a month ago, and the tech who came out showed us a super easy fix for it- he said if it issue kept happening we'd prob need to replace the pump, and we do need to cause it happened again Friday night but Saturday morning- on a weekend, outside of business hours-?their emergency dispatcher was able to put me in touch with Vinny almost immediately, and he walked me through the 'quick fix' steps over the phone (let me send photos of the pump and exactly what I was looking at, and even went out to his truck to find an exact match of the piece I needed to wiggle to get it to turn back on!).
