I am extremely impressed with HH4Paws! I needed a reliable place for my 5-year-old German Shepherd's rehabilitation after his TPLO surgery. After considering options in both Long Island and NYC, I ultimately chose HH4Paws and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr. Archer's expertise and professionalism, along with the entire staff, have exceeded my expectations. During my first session with Hailey, she went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable and approached him with ease. It's hard to say who enjoyed it more, my dog or myself! I am truly grateful to HH4Paws for their outstanding service. Thank you so much!
The staff were very friendly and caring for my dog. The rehabilitation after my dogs surgery for her leg went great. They got her back to using her leg again. Dr. Archer was great with preparation for rehabilitation and afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
This is an amazing place. First the entire staff is super nice and caring. Dr. Archer takes his time with his evaluation. He is caring, gentile and understanding. He explains everything. Lisa is an amazing therapist along with Gabby. They are such caring, loving people you know your fur baby is in the right hands. They explain the therapy they are doing and why. They teach you how to follow through with therapy at home. My girl improved each week, and also became more relaxed with each visit because it was such a positive experience.
