I have had Jolene and her team work on several large projects at my house over the past two years, and they have never disappointed. They are very responsive to communication, happy to listen to ideas and discuss possible solutions, and execute plans with enthusiasm and skill.
They have built an entire new bath/laundry suite for me, as well as a storage closet and separate coat closet, in addition to complete renovations to a den, library and spare bedroom--in short, basically the entire lower level of my house. They have handled with ingenuity and patience all the numerous oddball challenges my house has thrown at them. Frankly, their work is exemplary.

Jolene is a very thorough and communicated every step of my complete bedroom remodel. She and Drew did excellent work installing new windows and updating the electrical. When I had water issues from a new roof installed in 2019, she was kind enough to meet with the company to go over the issues at hand. Her daughter, Sarena, did amazing work with taping, spackling and painting of the new sheet rock. When you hire IPS you will not be disappointed with start to finish.
I had an excellent experience working with Jolene, her team, and the specialists she recommended. They expertly tackled a list of jobs, including replacing wood siding, structural beams, new flashing, window frames, railings, bathroom repair, painting, and a new roof. Basically, my flat-roof mid-century modern house urgently needed some attention to rain and insect damage that had accumulated over the last 65 years.
