Doc put in scripts they told me they would call to setup appointments for them. No calls they don't follow up or follow threw. People expect you to take care of yourself. Etc.. but it's the hospital that does not follow up or follow threw. Makes me wonder if I should really care about my health when the hospital acts like they dont.

I called this morning 2/6/19 and was on hold for 43 minutes until a girl picked up and asked me to hold. I grabbed a cell phone and called again while remaining on hold with the other phone. I waited 27 minutes for someone to pick up on the cell phone, all while the other was still on hold, only to find out they are not accepting new patients. By the way, after they picked up on the cell phone I hung the other one up that was still on hold past the one hour mark. Not sure I wanted to go there after all that anyway!

Honestly, the surgery we had for our son went very well. My issue is with the COST of seeing a darn doctor here. They gave us an estimated cost of surgery of $600... only to get 5 bills in the mail totaling $2700. So excuse me for wondering... what in the WORLD costs $400 for an OFFICE VISIT? According to your "billing associate" it was because the dr removed ear wax from my son's ears. NOT ONCE WAS I TOLD THAT I WOULD PAY $400 for this. I could have damn well done that myself. And realistically, there is NO way in hell that a 15 minute office visit and ear wax removal costs that much (AFTER INSURANCE) SOOOOO how about your drs stop feeling privileged and... read full review
