I was sent a message saying that my doctor will be on leave so I am responsible for calling them to reschedule for both me and my daughter. That’s fine… but the problem is my calls were never picked up after 10 minutes holding every time. I tried text messages as well but no one bothers to reply to me either. I don’t know what can I do other than taking my work time off and drive to the office in person… sounds not fair to me.

This one is for Dr. Mundra and her amazing staff. I needed blood work done this morning - I notified the staff at the reception desk that I was a fainter, I tend to hyperventilate and pass out - and I would need help. For some reason these types of things have always freaked me out from a young age (regardless of me being covered in tattoos and loving horror, the irony). Kenny, the staff member who did my blood draw was so incredibly calm, confident, relaxed. I didn't even feel any of it. I am extremely happy and overly satisfied with this practice. My doctor( Dr Cary Vachon) is fabulous but clearly the office can not run the way it does without the front staff, phone staff, nurses, PA, lab staff, technicians and admin staff. It takes a village and this office does a great job in serving their patients. Highly recommended.
