Fixed but needed extra service and wanted to charge time in a half to do a service for the furnace on a Saturday called for an emergency no heat call. Changed the transformer but left me with no heat and wanted to charge more money. He should have tested and waited to see if it would work after a few more minutes didn't even come up the stairs to check the thermostat and let it run.
